Amanda Cutler is a shareholding partner and co-founder. She focuses her practice on aviation asset finance, leasing, and trading transactions. She has over 17 years of aviation industry experience, and she served as the Chief Legal Officer at AeroTurbine, Inc. from 2015 to 2016, and General Counsel from 2002 to 2015. In addition to commercial aviation transactions, Amanda also has experience in corporate law, compliance issues and employment law.

He has over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, beginning his career in a prominent Miami transportation law firm, and then working as in-house counsel for companies serving the aviation industry (both private-equity funded and publicly-listed).
